Our approach

Elphora Studios LLC collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, manage requested production updates, understand general website activity, and protect the website from abuse. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Information we collect

When you use the inquiry form, we receive your name, email address, inquiry type, message, and the time of submission. When you request production updates, we receive your name if provided, email address, consent status, consent timestamps, and the source of the request.

We also collect limited, aggregated website usage information such as page views and selected actions, including video plays and completed forms. Analytics events do not include names, email addresses, form messages, or other form contents. Vercel may process limited browser and network signals to distinguish legitimate form submissions from automated abuse.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to your message and maintain necessary business records. We use confirmed production-update information to send occasional Dark Alibi milestones, first looks, and release news. We use aggregated analytics to improve the website and understand which content is useful to visitors.

Production updates and consent

Production updates use a double-confirmation process. Submitting the form sends a confirmation link that expires after 48 hours. Your address is not added to the active production-update segment until that link is used. Every production update will provide a way to unsubscribe, and you may also request removal by emailing us.

Service providers

Vercel hosts and protects the website, provides aggregated web analytics, and supplies invisible bot detection for public forms. Resend processes website email, confirmation messages, contact records, consent details, and future production updates. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for communication, business records, security, and legal obligations. Subscription and consent records are retained while you remain subscribed and as needed to document consent or honor an unsubscribe request.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your email address. You may withdraw production-update consent at any time. Some limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or suppression of future marketing email.

Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, server-side processing, access controls, validation, and abuse protection. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
